Admission Procedure
- Interested applicants may write to the Seminary for an application form and prospectus. Application forms can be downloaded from website.
- After receiving the completed application form and other supporting documents, the Steering Committee will make a decision and inform the applicant.
- On preliminary selection, more specific information will be sent to the applicant.
- The academic year begins in the first week of June every year.
- The last date for submitting filled-in application is May 15th. (for D.Min October 15th ).
- The qualifying examination will be conducted in the areas of Bible knowledge, Theology and Christian Ministry in the first week of June.
Admission Requirements
- Applicants must be born again Christians willing to follow the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ, members of a Local Church where they are in active fellowship, and willing to submit themselves for 2 to 3 years of rigorous study.
- Applicants should be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- The basic qualification
— for M. Div (2 years) – B.Th. ( ATA registration number is required, and overall B average. If not three years MDiv)
— for M. Div (3 years) Any Secular degree
— for M. Th. – B.D./ M.Div. with an overall grade of B
— for D.Min.-B.D./ M.Div (Overall grade of B+) with five years’ experience or M.Th. in any branch with three years of experience - Applicant should have basic financial resources before they come to the Seminary.
- Admission is open for men and women.
- The seminary will not discriminate on ethical, gender or denominational preferences.
Day Scholars
- The non-resident students have the same attendance requirements like the resident students.
- They all are expected to participate in all the Seminary events outside class hours.
- During the working hours (from 8.15 a.m. to 4 p.m.) their presence on campus is compulsory.
- While on campus in connection with studies or Seminary programmes, they are entitled to free lunch from the Seminary Cafeteria.
- During week-ends (Saturdays and Sundays), unless there is a Seminary programme they are free to be absent from the campus.
- For Day Scholar the fee is 10% less than the residential students.
- It is mandatory for the day scholars to attend all the Seminary events.
